SectorQuant Refund & Return Policy

Pre-Payment Policy for Event Reservations

All events must be pre-paid 72 hours before the event for your registration to be guaranteed. To make an event reservation:

1. Register Online: When you register for an event on the SectorQuant web site, you will be connected to PayPal for making reservation payment. Use PayPal's "special notes" field to specify:

Names of additional people for whom you are also paying,
Discount code from a special offer, or
Alliance organization discount code if applicable.

Note: PayPal is a secure Internet payment service that exchanges money over the Internet by accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. PayPal requires that you register with them and provide credit card information. You also have the option of providing your bank account information and receiving enhanced services.

We must receive your payment and reservation 72 hours before the event for your registration to be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

If you have paid for an event and then need to cancel before the reservation deadline you have two options:

PayPal Credit Card Payments: SectorQuant will issue a refund, minus any PayPal fees, either back into your PayPal account, or by sending you a check. Check processing may take up to six weeks.
Check Payments: SectorQuant will write you a refund check for the full amount. Check processing may take up to six weeks.
